Need help with Nowhop? Email us with Nowhop in the subject and a short description of what you need.

For an app issue

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, Nowhop build and what you were trying to do. A short description or carefully cropped screenshot is usually enough. Do not send passwords, a complete route archive or someone else’s calendar information.

For a privacy request

Email a Nowhop privacy request. Explain what you need without attaching private records unnecessarily. Local records are not held on a Nowhop server, so we cannot remotely recover or delete them. See the Privacy Policy for device, backup and support-data controls.

Nowhop is in development. This website offers a sample-based demo, not an App Store download or a paid subscription. Try the preview or explore the planned Free and Plus options.

What is Nowhop for?

Nowhop is an iPhone app in development for making today more special. Organize everyday plans or a trip, choose an optional experience, and keep a personal map of the paths you actually walk.

Is it for everyday life or just travel?

Both. All plans brings your schedule together; My trips groups a travel period with its dates, stays and transfers. An ordinary afternoon does not need to become a trip to belong in Nowhop.

Will I be able to use Nowhop for free?

Yes. The planned Free tier includes Plan, Discover, Map and Passport. Optional Plus customization will use monthly or yearly subscriptions. Nowhop is in development; the Early Access pricing preview takes no payments.

Can I use Apple Calendar or Google Calendar?

The development build imports selected events from calendars available through iOS. Choose calendar labels and a date before selecting events. Google calendars work through accounts configured in iPhone settings. Imports are local copies, not two-way sync.

Are Discover images actual views of the place?

The iPhone app uses Apple Look Around street scenes where available and a map preview elsewhere. A scene is not live or an interior photo. The website’s interactive demo uses labeled samples; its campaign photos are illustrations.

What works without an internet connection?

Saved plans, personal records and available cached geometry stay on the phone. New place searches, street scenes, directions and map downloads may need a connection. Background recording still depends on usable iOS location updates and permissions.

Do my plans and walking history go to a Nowhop server?

No. The current app keeps those records on your device. Map providers receive the requests needed for their services. A card or manual backup leaves the device only through a sharing or export action you choose; website hosting has separate connection logs.
